OUR MISSION

You’ll learn how to prepare typical Provençal dishes and flavors of the region for your family back home. We only use seasonal produce from Vaison’s famous market or local farmers’ shops, as well as our own kitchen garden during class time! The focus is on learning traditional recipes that are designed with all ability levels in mind – no matter what you’re skillset maybe, we can make it work together here at Barbara’s Kitchen… overlooking beautiful views like those found outside my house overlooking Mont Ventoux right now while cooking up delicious food inside 🙂

You will become an expert Regional Cuisine chef by taking this course through hands-on lessons where I teach everything needed about authentic French cuisines.
