What a wonderful experience my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and I had at Cuisine de Provence. Barbara welcomed us in her home, presented us with aprons, and we got to work making 6 delicious dishes in her kitchen. With her instruction, lively talk, and fresh herbs picked in her garden, we laughed and tasted our way through the morning. Then she set a beautiful table on her terrace overlooking Vaison la Romaine and we feasted on the wonderful dished we had made. This was our idea of heaven!

Meagan and I had SUCH a wonderful time cooking with you in your lovely home.. We have made your recipes countless times and everyone comments on how tasty everything is. EVERY time I made the tapenade, when I inhale the aroma and then take my first bite, it literally transports me back to Provence. Meagan had a couple of girlfriends over the other night and made the tapenade, olive cake and tomato and goat cheese tart—they LOVED it and there wasn’t much left, I can tell you! Whenever we hear of friends who will be visiting Provence, we will definitely tell them about Cuisine de Provence—it was absolutely a highlight of our trip.
