On holiday in Provence? Want to take home more than a bottle of our wonderful olive oil? Come and join Barbara's cooking class in picturesque and historic Vaison la Romaine in the heart of Provence! You will learn how to prepare typical Provencal dishes to recreate the taste and flavours of Provence for your family and friends back home.We only use seasonal produce fresh from Vaison's famous market or from our trusted neighbourhood farmer's shop. Courses take place in Barbara's kitchen in a beautiful private Provencal house overlooking Vaison and the Mont Ventoux. Classes (minimum two, maximum four participants) are being held on Wednesday mornings, starting at 9.30 am, ending around 2 pm. Can't make it on Wednesdays? Call Barbara to arrange for an individual course. Classes (which are being held in English or German) include the cooking course, cooking demonstrations and recipes to take away and are followed by lunch with regional wines. | What's Cooking?
